Seth Meyers – Greenwich Village ($7.5 Million)

Seth Meyers, the popular host of “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on NBC, seems to have a preference for modest homes. This is evident in his simple but elegant abode in Greenwich Village near Washington Park.

The $7.5-million home is a two-story building with five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an office, and a gym. It has 32 large windows with stunning views of the Empire State Building and Hudson River. A comedian, actor, TV host, and writer, Meyers was a cast member and head writer for “Saturday Night Live” on NBC for 13 years.

Cillian Murphy – Monkstown ($1.94 Million)

“Peaky Blinders” star Cillian Murphy shelled out $1.94 million for this stunning Monkstown apartment in Dublin in 2015. He was said to have bought the apartment from Sherry FitzGerald, and it appears the “Red Eye” actor prefers elegant and classic homes rather than modern-style ones.

Murphy made his breakthrough in “28 Days Later” in 2002 and has gone on to have other roles in movies like “Inception,”  “Batman Begins,” “In the Heart of the Seas,” and “All of This Unreal Time.” In 2021, he appeared in the horror movie “A Quiet Place Part II.”

Heath Ledger – Hollywood Hills ($3 Million)

The late Heath Ledger once lived in this $3-million property in Hollywood Hills. The mid-century home features a 2,500-square-foot deck, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a screening room, and an outdoor grill. The house has been passed from one celebrity to the other, and some of its occupants include Guy Chaddock, Ellen DeGeneres, and Josh Hutcherson.

Ledger was a skilled and versatile actor who was also a music video director. Some of his memorable movie roles include “Lords of Dogtown,”  “Candy,” “The Dark Knight,” “Brokeback Mountain,” and “I’m Not There.”

Will Smith – California ($42 Million)

This palatial Calabasas mansion is among several properties owned by the award-winning actor Will Smith. Like his role in “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” he seems to be the king of Calabasas, California. After all, his $42-million estate has an enormous compound that has its own zip code.

The A-lister and his wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith, paid $20 million for it and spent years constructing and designing it. With four Grammys under his belt, he has starred in numerous blockbuster films. His most recent movie appearance was in “King Richard” in 2021.

Hugh Laurie – California ($3.8 Million)

Hugh Laurie’s success can be attributed to his successful role in the Fox medical drama series, “House.” The Guinness World Records even listed him as one of the highest-paid actors in a television drama and the most-watched leading man on TV in 2011.

Laurie was paid $409k per episode of the show, so his $3.8-million California estate couldn’t have made a dent in his fortune. The mansion has a pool, gym, and a stunning view of the city. He’s one of the main cast on the science fiction comedy series “Avenue 5,” that’s been renewed for a second season in 2021.
